I was contacted by a member of management regarding a Customer Support Engineer position in the Durham/RTP location. He was pleasant to speak with and had a positive vibe about the individual, the position, and the company. We scheduled a call the following day, and he asked to meet 30 minutes ahead of schedule which worked out better for me. The entirety of the call the manager has a strong and positive attitude. Wished he would have my resume in front of him so he could have asked more relevant questions as opposed to just me volunteering details.
