Cisco Account Manager interview questions

The interview process was one month. I went through phone screens followed by in-person panel interview. I was asked to present a 90-day strategic plan. I was offered the role.

Typically includes 4-6 rounds. Starting with the Hiring Manager, super boss, and 3 other peer managers. Questions are not analytical and are fairly straight forward with emphasis on experience and reasons for leaving your current employer. The process takes 4-6 weeks in all including negotiation for the final offer.
