Interview
Long and Repetitive it takes on average about 5-6 weeks to get hired with multiple interviews and a route ride. You will interview with multiple managers. If you make it past the series of interviews you will go on a route ride with a seasoned employee. This allows the interviewee to get a feel for what the job entails and its really just another peer interview in disguise. If all goes well you will have a final interview and then be offered a job, maybe.

Interview
They found me on Indeed.com so I applied through their website which was pretty generic. They called me for a phone interview. Again pretty basic questions. Then they brought me in for a face to face in depth interview. After scrambling for someone to come interview me the SSR manager and another manager say down with me in a big conference room. (This interview went really well.) They then schedule a ride along which was 3 days later which is a full day ride along in which you are doing all the daily duties as a veteran SSR. Immediately after your ride along I had a third interview which I felt extremely intimidated. I have not been called back since.

Interview
First stage of the interview process was done with the HR Manager. This interview is done on a one on one basis. She briefly asked a few questions and wanted to know a little bit about your previous jobs. This particular interview common interview questions were asked. After the 1 hour interview process was over they offered a route ride along aka shadowing. On the route ride along you do get a great sense and understanding of the job. You do see multiple accounts that they do service and you do work along side with the SSR for that route. The route ride along is a early start roughly around 6AM but you are compensated with $100.00 for the day. After that stage you do have another meeting/ interview where you do meet with several other employees such as Supervisors, Managers and GM's. Its a very long process and they ask multiple questions in a one on one interview also in a tandem; example two or three interviewers and just you as the applicant. After that stage is done you'll be contacted for another interview which is for your references, start date availability and driver abstract. If you do get to this stage they WILL contact your references to know about your previous employments. After that stage is done you will be contacted for the last time to know that you are officially hired.
