Cintas Service Manager interview questions

Met with interviewers in a hotel room, was set up through a recruiter hiring conference. There were two interviewers with questions coming from both interviewers. Followed the standard interview process with intoductions -> interviewer questions -> candidate questions -> farewells. Interview felt short and only lasted between 15-20 minutes. Ultimately was overqualified for position and lack of desire to relocate.

The initial interview was conducted during a recruiters conference with one of the General Managers. Several days later, I had a phone interview with an HR manager who then referred me to one of the service managers who conducted a Skype interview. The final step was a interview at one of the laundry processing plants with the regional manager and the GM that I would work for. Overall, the interview process was thorough and done well.
