Cintas Sales Representative Uniform interview questions

After my phone interview with the recruiter, I was invited to an in-house interview with the Manager. I arrived 15 minutes early but ended up waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled interview time.

The sales manager spoke about his easy way into the same role that I was interviewing for (uncle is higher up in the company) he had no sales background but kept insisting I️ must have two years of outside sales experience. It was really confusing because the recruiter was a pleasure to talk to, but the on-site interview, the facility and the people were all very stand-offish and plain boring. I️ withdrew my application and told the recruiter how weird that interview was.
