I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2024
Interview
It was a month-long interview process just to get rejected at the last interview phase by the Training Director. This company gives you false hope promising you that you are fit for the position and then turn around and tell you they went with another candidate with more trophies than you. I passed 5 interviews, and it sounded promising. In my point of view, this company only hires people they know. You may be qualified but if they want to hire there family members, then they will reject and give you the same talk track of moving forward with someone else. I've worked at bigger companies than Cintas and to get rejected by them is a joke. But no sweat! It's their loss! Favoritism at its finest! From time to time, great sales reps get rejected but it sets an example that you can't give up. Build your own business and stop relying on these companies to pay your bills! On to the next gig! This company has a 1.5 star rating in Yelp and a ton of complaints in the BBB. From what I read, this company does shady business locking you in a 5 year contract without letting you know.

Multi-interview process with recruiter, hiring manager (in-person, direct manager), regional manager (virtual), in-person 1/2 day of shadowing current sales person, and then final virtual interview with a sales director. The full process can take anywhere between 2 weeks - 1 month pending on schedule availability.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
hey don’t care about you now, they will care about you even less when you work under them. They don’t respect your time, ressources spent on getting there and nothing is showing that they will. Poor work environment with no respect for you. Being on time is so easy that people who somehow cannot get on time for things planned beforehand, especially in professional environments, are clearly not worth your time and energy
