I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas in Aug 2015
Interview
I was contacted via email and to my surprise when I arrived to interview, I not only met with the person who scheduled the interview but also another individual. I will say that when reviewing this company via various resources that it is extremely male dominated in the role I applied for and when at the office there were a vast # of men and perhaps on or 2 females, this raised the question for the second time in my mind as when I reviewed the LinkedIn profiles of those who worked for this company in the role I applied for...the majority were male.
