Cintas Sales Representative interview questions

Four phase interview. Phone, Ride With, Manager Interview, Senior Manager Interview. Overall the ride with process gave me a better understanding as to what the job entailed. I enjoyed getting to know a few members of the team before my final interview. Also had the chance to sit in on a sales meeting, giving me insight as to how the manager went about her business.

4 step process - phone screen, in person with sales manager, road day with sales representative, travel to regional site. Very lengthy process, feel that they could have eliminated a couple of steps to make a decision.
