I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cintas (Piscataway, NJ) in Jul 2016
Interview
Pleasant interview with the sales manager. He appeared authentic and was engaging throughout the interview. He thoroughly explained the position I had applied for and went through your typical work week and the advantages of working at Cintas. The interview was semi-structured meaning that the hiring manager asked a bunch of questions and took notes; more conversation than interview.

Question 1
Explain your resume?
Why do you want to work at Cintas?
Why do you want to work in sales?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What makes a top sales rep?
Pretty basic interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online for position. Had a recruiter from North Carolina call me within a few days to briefly discuss preliminary details and to schedule a phone interview. We scheduled for a couple days later. That day came and went and there was no phone call and no answer to my follow-up confirming the interview time. The next day I got an email from the recruiter apologizing saying she had the time wrong. No biggie, we did the interview and had a great chat. She seemed genuinely interested in my background and wanted to push me through to the in person interview (with hiring manager) saying they wanted to get me in quickly as they are in a rush to fill the position. She said she would follow-up and schedule something for the following week. That week came and went with no follow-up. I called her back to get an update. More excuses followed, something about the manager not replying, HR being unavailable etc, etc. She assured me she was going to followup and schedule within a couple of days. That was 3 weeks ago now and I have had no follow up from her. I find this extremely unprofessional considering it seemed like they were genuinely interested in my experience and wanted an interview. If this wasn't the case I should have been told up front and not strung along.

Question 1
general background and experience questions, sales results.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview took place on my college campus. The interviewer asked broad, generic, cliche interview questions. I have come to expect this from the interviewers, and I feel that I responded to all of them very well, and the interview went great...or so I thought. When I left, the interviewer was very enthusiastic about a follow up interview with me, and shook my hand smiling saying we would be in contact. Weeks went by, then months, and I never heard anything back...nor were any of my emails responded to! What the heck Cintas!?
