Cintas Sales Representative interview questions

There was a phone screen, then an onsite interview and then a full day field ride. I took time off of work for both the onsite and the full day field ride. I hardly spoke with the person who interviewed me to begin with during the full day field ride as this person was doing presentations and in their office meeting with reps during my time there. The field ride was very fun and made me want this position even more. I had great conversations with the associate I was shadowing and they were very helpful. I even took the time to try and sell for the company while I was out there. Overall I am very disappointed on how they handle this and by sending a generic email telling me I was not found successful is unprofessional.

PHONE INTERVIEW.... The initial email from the recruiter sounded like the phone interview would be a quick 15 min conversation about my resume/review the position. Hahaha... I was unprepared for the lengthy scripted interview questions. Fortunately I passed and have an in-person interview this week. But, be prepared to answer a lot of behavioral questions for the phone screening. I had to select an option of whether I was offered a position or not in order to fill this assessment out. I am choosing that I was given an offer- I really just want people to be aware to be prepared for the phone interview. I will come back after the entire process is complete.
