I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Portsmouth, VA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Interview process is several in person interviews, one shadowing day and then a final interview. The regional manager was quite possibly the rudest, most pretentious person I have ever met. I would've declined any offer received for this reason alone.

Question 1
What makes you think you would be a good fit for this role?
Great opportunity with a extensive interview process. You first interview with a recruiter then a Sales manager then VP of sales. Cintas is a great company. I would recommend it if you cant sell and want to know how.

Interview
My hiring process was comical. I did multiple phone interviews then I was called in to do an “exciting” shadow that was intended to show me the morning meetings, meet the team, then a shadow later in the day.
The morning meeting was ok. Then the manager called me in the office to ask me more questions to “get to know me.” That conversation consisted of him asking me one question then going on a hour long rant about his life and accomplishments.
After that I was told to go back to the meeting room and he gave me a book of numbers a script and told me to start calling numbers. After about 3 hours the manager came back and asked what I thought. I asked about the shadow and he responded saying that he wasn’t able to schedule it. So I continued to call more numbers then I got over it. He came back and gave me a talk about slacking off. I looked at him dead in the eyes and left.
I’d avoid this place at all cost
