I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Lengthy and it took a lot of time, there were many steps to this process. There was a phone then in person after was a day in the field. Salary is so so. Overall they were nice and was positive experience
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Myers, FL) in May 2017
Interview
Old school "by the book" and generic interview process. 4 interviews plus a ride along with someone already in the role of the position you're applying for. Not impressed with interview process as it is outdated and needs improved.

Question 1
very generic interview questions - manager went down a generic corp. script and did not stray away from this.

Interview
Was contacted through LinkedIn by one of the district sales managers. We had a quick initial phone call, then an in person interview. The DSM was almost 15 minutes late to the interview, but the interview itself seemed to go well.
Afterwards, I was told I would be contacted in the next few days regarding next steps. I never heard from them, and I even sent a follow up email to check in and never heard back. Very unprofessional.
