Cintas SSR Support Services Representative interview questions

Interview process went great. Very professional but made you feel comfortable. There were several interviews and then a ride along to work the day. You got to see how the day goes from start to finish by going to each stop and helping the current worker load and unload the products.

2 phone interviews with recruiter which came from a script, behavioral questions. Sit down interview which i was told would be one of three. That was described as "went very well." Ride along and second interview done and knocked out. 2 days later recruiter calls and regretted that I was not selected,huh, what went wrong ? "They" didnt say.
