I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cintas in Feb 2022
Interview
A screening interview followed by an interview with the GM of the desired location. After the second interview they will ask you to come in to tour the facility and meet more people. At the end of the facility tour they will place you in a conference room where you have an open conversation with several managers, where you will get to talk about yourself and ask questions. After the tour they will ask you to do two more interviews. Overall it is a long process but the people you meet are very friendly and make you feel comfortable the entire time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2021
Interview
Very quick and easy to set up, it was over Zoom and it started by going over my job history/what I knew about the company. Then went into behavioral questions.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cintas (Madison, WI) in Nov 2020
Interview
The first round interview process was pretty basic. The HR girl was incredibly nice and everything was obviously virtual. The HR girl read preformatted questions and jotted down some notes about my responses.
