I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Portland, OR) in Feb 2018
Interview
4 interviews in total plus 1 tryout date. I did 2 interviews before I did the tryout date. All seemed to go well that is until the last interview with the GM where I could tell he was not all that impressed with me to begin with. Usually, when you pass the interviews and make it onto the last one it's up to that last person to decide whether they want you or not. Which leads me to believe since I could tell he didn't like me, he ultimately made the decision to say no. One thing I noticed was there was that it was really male dominated, unsurprisingly, so I wouldn't at all be surprised if one of the reasons he said no was because of my gender
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cintas (Omaha, NE)
Interview
About four different interview sessions if you get past the first 3 you have a higher chance of being selected for the position. Before you actually start they give you a tryout date. Aka hands on in the field work just like if you actually worked for them.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Round Rock, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
First interview is pretty much just a screening. Basic questions. Then there are 3 more interviews where they basically ask the same questions 3 different times. Typical interview questions.
