Cintas interview questions

I had multiple interviews with what was listed as the design collective. After an interview with the hiring manager they explained the process going forward would be meeting with the creative director, and potentially some other steps. There was no formal declination, or follow up after those interviews. Essentially the recruiter, and company just ghosted me. I don't really care if I got the job or not, but at least have the courtesy to explain where a candidate stands.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
