I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Washington, DC) in Jul 2008
Interview
Pretty standard behavioral and fit interviews with operational managers and hr managers. They were mostly looking to see if i would have the stuff and the do it yourself grittiness that they seem to be looking for in their hires. There weren't any curveballs or anything all pretty standard "Tell me about yourself" "greatest weakness/strength."
They said they will do a drug test in the next round. FYI
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Madison Heights, MI) in Jun 2008
Interview
I was currently working for the Company when I applied for the posistion. If you don't get the posistion you applied for be open to other posistions or other job locations in the company.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Feb 2010
Interview
I applied to Cintas through their on-line application system. The next day I received a call from the Sercice trainer cordinator asking me if I could come in for an interview. The position was a Sanis Service/Sales Representative. Some of the interview quetrions included "what can you do for us that someone else can not do", and some questions about what learned that could be appled on the job from my recent college experience. About a week later, I received a telephone call from the STC again asking me of I could come in for a behavioral interview. Basicly they wanted to know if I had stromg customer service experience and how I regarded safety, since that has recently become a number one priority for Cintas. Cintas wants someone who a team player, and not afraid to work long hours.
