The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Maple Grove, MN) in Sep 2010
Interview
I had 3 interviews. One over the phone. The 1 face to face with HR. Then I met with a sales manager. 3 separate interviews. Waste of my time. HR's interview was just preliminary.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
STAR questions throughout most of the interview

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Mason, OH) in Mar 2011
Interview
Online application + follow-up calls.
Cintas appears to consist of 2 classes of people, the "sweat-shop" laborer crews, and the elite self-impressed management crew, shacked in "kid-you-not" nepotism, and all the symptoms of a toxic culture. Dress to distress is a way of life. Underlings pretend to be happy and unwrinkled, but show the sickly shine of over-washed permanent-press. Run...run...run while you still can! The rest will follow when the economy improves.
