Cintas interview questions

Had three rounds, first was a phone interview with a woman who seemed responsive and easy going. Next I interviewed on site. The man was very straightforward and atypical in the sense that he wanted real answers and not something made up and fake. He wanted to know a negative trait of mine without spinning it into a positive. He said if I don't have an answer to not make one up if it doesn't apply. It was unorthodox but a little refreshing I guess. Next interview was another service manager. They seemed to like me and they had me meet with one last man who I think was the GM. So they had three interviews and the fourth they rushed me into so I didn't have to come back for the fourth interview.

Very in depth. It was minimum 3 separate interviews. The interview process was very informative and professional!! They make the instructions very clear for each individual interview. The first 3 were during Covid they were virtual. The last one was in person!
