4 round interview process. The first one is a simple screening but the second is with a DM. The first in-depth interview is very behavioral based. Only a few questions but it was hard questions that require you to think on your feet.
first you will do a ride-along with another SSR then return to be interviewed. 3 interview process
1 with HR, 1 with lower level managers, and 1 with the general manager

I had a scheduled phone interview where the interviewer called approximately 15 minutes late without acknowledging the delay. About 15 minutes into the conversation, the call disconnected. I attempted to call back immediately, but it went straight to voicemail and there was no follow-up. While technical issues can happen, the overall candidate experience felt disorganized.
