I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (New York, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process is long, drawn out and not focused on candidate experience. There were 6 rounds of interviews, 3 onsite (not even on the same day) and 3 phone. The interviews are all corporate templates which creates a robotic, non-personal experience. The questions are all situational and do not adequately represent a person's experience and professional abilities.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time where you used problem solving skills to resolve an issue with a customer?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Sterling Heights, MI) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had three phone interviews, I thought they went really well. They asked all STAR behavior questions. Every single one was a behavior question so that was kind of hard. They were challenging interviews and it seems like they call you back for multiple interviews but do not give job offers.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you let your group members down
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cintas (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2013
Interview
Had to go through Four interviews. Basically all asking the same things. Redundant. Took 3 months to get all of them in. The type of questions for an entry level position were ridiculous. I as though I was being vetted to run the company.
