A lot of formal questions. Not very much personal interaction. Seemed very robotic like that is how they interview everyone. Next steps were clearly defined which took the guessing about when I would be contacted.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Memphis, TN) in Sep 2017
Interview
I interviewed for an Account Manager position. I had 4 interviews including a Field Ride, where you basically shadow someone for an entire day to get a better feel of the position. When they called me in for the last interview, they were so unorganized and unprepared. No one knew why I was there. Then they said Oh we felt that you would be better fit for another position so this is and interview for a new role. I was so perplexed because they should have told me that before I came in. So I went through another 3 interviews and another Field Ride. They took forever calling me back. By the time they called me in for a 'Final' interview, I told them that I already took another job. I'm kind of glad they didn't call because I got a way better job with more pay and MORE ORGANIZED! They never paid me for the two Field Rides and they have been giving me the run around since November about receiving the two payments that are owed to me. #CintaSucks

Interview
Started off on the phone. Basic interview questions. Asking about yourself and why you would be a good fit. Asked what kinda of experience you have had that will help. Then they asked for a face to face interview
