Cintas Account Executive interview questions

The interview process is really long and honestly tiresome. You have to do a full day of shadowing which makes sense but seems very time consuming. If you’re starting out in sales I’d recommend asking a lot of questions during the shadow day.

It took five interviews to move thru the process, and about two months time . The interviews were average with standard questions. The process was long but was well worth the time.
