It's a video conference call. You will be join by call center manager, and team leader. They will ask you to share about yourself. Then they will ask you specific questions on why you want to join. Then, if they see that you have got sales experience in your resume, they will probe you in it. If they see a great potential in you, they will ask you to role play as though you're already their staff and you are required to sell them the product of the day to them. And they will put you through a series of rejection, and rest your persistence, and see if you'll flout any rules that was set out by the ministry.
