Chinese-American Planning Council interview questions

The interview lasted an hour, during which I spoke with the controller and the manager. The questions were quite basic, such as asking about the difference between profit and non-profit organizations. After a week, I had the second interview, which was in person with the CFO and HR. It lasted an hour and included many questions about how to manage an overwhelming workload.

I had a one-hour interview with the director, during which I was asked to discuss my skills and relevant past experiences in the field as a social worker and case planner.
