I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Chevron (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
One hour with two interviewers. Very casual and conversational. This was the initial on-campus screening. The next step is the on-site interview with several team members. I was informed that the process would take up to two months. All behavioral based questions. They use the STAR method, so be prepared with examples. If you are comfortable in interviews, this part should be pretty easy.
