Challenger School interview questions

Nothing in particular, just general questions.

They asked me about my essay. One of them kept asking me more and more questions with a funny look on her face. She kept telling me that she didn't understand what I was talking about. She was arguing with me over a stance on whether collectivism and individualism have an impact on education. I explained that I took a class in college on that very topic and found it interesting. She looked at me like she could not even believe that was a thing. Weird environment! Seems super political. I felt uncomfortable during the interview process. I think they purposely tried to tear down my argument. They really did not ask me many questions about teaching specifically. When they did, they really made it feel like everything I said was wrong..
