I applied online. I interviewed at Challenger School (Meridian, ID)
Interview
Lots of very politically guided questions. Seems inconsistent between people though and communication was confusing. I didn't have a problem with any of the things but there was also a lot of cognitive quiz stuff which I found a bit odd.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Challenger School (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initially, there was a phone call. Once I went in there, the HR person asked details and some behavioral quesitons. They they gave a bunch of math, science and political related questions. The questions are to assess your level of skill to decide which grade you are fit for. They ask you to make a question paper for each subject. I heard the interview process is quite different now.
It had a written assessment with grammar, math and reading section and oral assessment with your goals and philosophies. I had overall great experience. They have a training program for elementary teachers
