It was an informal interview. I was outside on a bench after waiting 40 minutes (I got to the interview 10 minutes prior) for the interview. The guy who interviewed me was so unprepared. He continuously checked his phone, was sitting with his arm over his chair and his legs were opened as wide as possible. He checked his phone, texted, and got up to get a Snapple in the interview. His interview questions were ridiculous and I am 100% positive he never even looked over my resume that my professor sent him. After each answer I gave, he let out a loud "Uhmmmm" and quickly looked at my resume and asked me to explain something ridiculous on it (what is the one thing you have regretted in your entire life). After I declined the offer, he told my professor that I was unprofessional and needed to learn to be different otherwise I would never make it in the industry. What he did not know was that I had five other interviews, and every person who I interviewed with not only had me have a formal interview, but they also offered me the position on the spot.
