The phone interview lasted about 20–30 minutes and was conducted by a recruiter who asked about my background, portfolio, and availability.
After that, I was invited to a virtual interview with a senior designer and the marketing manager. They asked me to walk through 2–3 projects from my portfolio and explain my design choices. There were also a few situational questions, like how I handle tight deadlines or creative feedback.
