Centene interview questions

Through Zoom with 3 interviewers. They asked several questions. They let me ask many questions. They went into great detail on the job details. Was a good interview. Lasted about a half hour.

Had an interview scheduled. Was suppose to be a 3 panel interview, but one man decided that he was too busy or could care less and didn’t show up. That was a red flag. Then one person was scrambling to find what questions she wanted to ask. I asked about training and they basically laughed and told me they don’t have training. That was another red flag. The whole time I felt uncomfortable. Everything about my education and experience I felt like they questioned because of my skin color. I’m actually glad I didn’t get the job because if that is who I would be working under everyday…I know I would be miserable.
