Centene interview questions

They contacted me quickly after I applied and scheduled an interview as quick as possible. Nice people to talk to. It was intimidating at first because I was questioned by 3 people. Get the point across that you align with the values of this corporation. Make sure it’s obvious you love what you do. The questions themselves are very easy behavioral based questions. Look up the most basic questions you can find and rehearse and you’ll ace this interview. They respond quickly to any questions through email. Make sure you have some questions to ask them at the end, they appreciate that!

Email sent to accept interview then scheduled. Interviews take place on zoom video with manager or 2 and usually a person in your potential role. Scheduled for an hour, mine lasted about 30 minutes.
