I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Centene in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was easy. Spoke with recruiter. Agreed that starting salary requirement was $110,000. Interviewed with Director. Really jelled about the relationship between delivery system and health plan. Last interview was with the team I would be working with. Mostly people that were in the same role but ultimately different providers in their portfolio.
Received offer. It was for $95,000. I turned it down. They came back with an offer for $99,000. I turned it down again and walked away. Significantly short of original conversations and waste of everyone's time.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very drawn out. It took months to get to each step in the process. Over 3 months, I interviewed with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and senior leadership. It was one of the longest interview experiences I have ever had.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centene in Dec 2024
Interview
Three rounds - hr, hiring manager, panel. Open conversations, no dumb skills tests aka free work, very transparent on job requirements and expectations. Some confusion on timing of responses post calls, but HR contacts were extremely helpful throughout the process.

Question 1
Why centene. Always an annoying question because the real answer is "I just want a job somewhere"
