I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Submitted my resume about 2 weeks prior to being contacted. Confirmed my interview on a Monday and actual interview took place the following Thursday. Interviewed by a panel of 4 people, entire marketing team. Questions were on a form that they had to fill out and they admitted that they did not determine the questions and that they were preset by corporate. Interview lasted just under an hour and felt fluid. No offer as this review. Feel positive.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Centene (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone interview was great, 5x5. The in person interview went pretty good. Structured questions but relaxed and casual. Panel interview was a bit cold, Panel didn't seem so focused on the candidate, covered the standard questions, seemed more concerned with their posturing, not to forthcoming with specific expectations or details of responsibilities. But agreed at the end that I was definitely still in the running. I was told to not push and wait until they processed applicants in the pipe for their final determination. So, after two weeks, I asked. and found out, that somebody forgot to tell me I had been eliminated.
