I applied online. I interviewed at Centene (Chesterfield, MO) in Jul 2017
Interview
I originally applied with Centene for a Project Coordinator position on June 8, 2017. On June 17, 2017, I received an email from the company notifying me that my application had been moved to the next step of the review process. July 17, 2017, I received a second email directly from the Manager my position would be reporting to. He asked if I was still interested in the position and for me to respond back with times that I would be available for an interview. I promptly responded letting him know that I could make myself available at any time, and that he could schedule me at a time that was most convenient for his schedule. He decided that noon on July 19, 2017 would work best.
The interview itself was very relaxed and comfortable, the entire process lasted about 90 minutes. The interviewer, Jeff, started by asking what I knew about the company. After I told him the information I learned during my prep work the days prior, he gave me a very detailed overview of the company and its recent acquisition of Health Net. From there he went on to explain the position and some its primary responsibilities and asked me some average situational and behavioral questions.
At the end of interview, I was given the chance to address any questions or concerns that I had. At that time, I asked when the anticipated start date for the position was, and when I could expect to hear from him next. I was told that the position would start within a few weeks and that I would hear from him by the following Friday, July 28, 2017.
At this point I assume that I am no longer in the running for the position. I never received a response on the 28th, and my follow up inquiry went unanswered as well. While I am disappointed that I apparently didn’t get the job, the interview process was a good learning experience and Jeff was pleasure to interview with. I was really looking forward to the opportunity of being able work with him.

Give me an example of a large project you have worked on in the past.
How would you handle a situation where you are working on a project for me, and someone else comes up and asks you to work on something different for them?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Centene in May 2017
Interview
I attended the open house job fair at the Marriott off Sunrise Blvd. There were a lot of applicants, and was there for 4.5 hours and it was worth the wait. My interview went great, and after the lengthy background check. I was made an offer 1 month later.

Question 1
What makes me a qualified candidate for the position?
I applied online and was contacted within 48 hours of submitting a resume and cover letter. I interviewed at one of their job fairs. The interviewer knew her stuff and the interview went well. Within the following week I was scheduled for a second interview and began the background check process. I was told the background was completed. Then crickets! I waited 2 weeks and let them know I was still interested in the position and was told that a decision would be made soon. That was 4 months ago and I have heard NOTHING else! NOTHING! Not a sorry we don't like you, nothing.
