Interview
It went well, it was face to face with my manager and the hiring supervisor. I have worked there a very long time and did not get the job. It was given to the hiring supervisors best friend. Given all the social media posts of them out partying for the past 5 years this 2 month old supervisor is definitely using her new position to promote her besties and more.

asking previous work experience.
However, they do not provide sponsorship or even transfer visa.
Other than that, it is a normal phone screen process.
Most companies have discrimination towards work visa holders. If you do pick up my resume from the pool, it only proves that I am a good candidate for this position. Why status is the thing blocking people from opportunities?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Centene (Sacramento, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Interview was average but easy. I was offered the position for Health Net but Centene rescinded the offer because of my negotiation letter. They did not allow room for compromise or negotiate. I am very shocked and disappointed at their action. I have worked for Health Net before they merged with Centene and Health Net HR was respectfully and allow room for negotiation. Centene HR is ridiculous strict. They will loosing out on hardworking, educated and seasoned individuals.
