I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centene
Interview
Submitted resume and then had 2 rounds of phone screens, after which received an offer. The screens were mostly HR questions, talking about my resume as well as strengths and weaknesses
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Centene (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Panel interview (director, hiring manager and the team) with behavioral style questions.
The director drove pretty much the entire interview and the rest of the team were taking notes and raised clarifying questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2018
Interview
I put in my application and three days later received and email from HR letting me know I had been selected for the interview process. The interview was scheduled for 2 weeks out and I was given the location and name of the person I'd be interviewing with. On the day of I met with my interviewer who took me to a conference room and we had a general discussion about the company, the position, and my background. Following that more conversation style portion of the interview I was then asked 5 or so behavioral interview questions. This part of the interview was a bit more formal where there were notes taken about my answers and what not. Over all the process was very fair, well executed, and I felt a perfect balance of pressure to give good information and at the same time like I was getting to know my interviewer as much as they were getting to know me. Very positive!
