Centene interview questions

Did a group interview over zoom with 2 managers and a supervisor. It was about an hour long and a nice casual conversation. They asked about experience of course and why I was passionate about working with people with mental health diagnoses.

long and drawn out even asked for high school diploma. 7 weeks of training before starting to actually take calls. I would say the company process is entirely to long for the bare minimum they pay.
