The interview was pretty basic. It was a new team being created so they emphasized on teamwork and ability to be flexible and patient. Normal questions and answers and scenarios.

An initial Phone call to go over the job details, followed by a virtual interview in which they run you through some customer service scenarios. Overall, not very difficult and with prior customer service experience should be not too much to handle.
