Centene interview questions

Contacted by Centene Recruiter if I would be interested in applying for a Senior Manager role. I e-mailed the recruiter and had a couple of questions before I submitted my application (initial reservations). Recruiter responded, that once i complete application he'll set up time to talk. Submitted application. No response. week later get a rejection letter. HORRIBLE experience, not worth the effort with his company.
