Last week, I received an interview invitation scheduled for today. However, two hours before the interview, I received an email saying that they had already chosen someone, so the interview was canceled. This is completely a company without integrity and that treats people unfairly.

Initially spoke with the talent advisor over zoom and she forwarded my profile for two open positions. I interviewed for both the positions and was told that there would be another final round with the director. But the director did'nt show up. I mailed the talent advisor multiple times but she is ghosting me. If you are not intererested in someones profile you can simply send a rejection mail, why ghost them and make them go through stress? They show fake hopes and simply ghost the candidate which is not at all fair. My suggestion to future candidates who are planning to apply for this role is DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE HOPES. THEY WILL GHOST YOU AT THE END OF THE DAY WITHOUT GIVING YOU ANY PROPER EXPOSURE.

Application process goes by quickly after submitting application. The Talent Rep gives you a 15 to 30 min screening then if they approve of you and your skills the application will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
The interview l had was a panel interview with three people on the first round then four people on the second round.

1. A call screening with the talent advisor discussing the role and expectations for it.
2. A hiring panel with hiring manager and other team member. It was mainly a Behavioral Interview, followed by a SQL exercise.
