I don't know what they are looking far but interviewing with them is a waist of time as far a career and that is it. They are always hiring for some odd reason or so

An initial Phone call to go over the job details, followed by a virtual interview in which they run you through some customer service scenarios. Overall, not very difficult and with prior customer service experience should be not too much to handle.
