Smooth, not much hurdles. All went smoothly as planned. Flown to HKG to attend the interview. They provided flight ticket and accommodation for one day and return back in the evening.

The interview is a straight forward process. First there is an Individual interview where you talk about past work experience and customer service scenarios. If you’ve passed, you will receive medical examination to ensure you’re fit to fly.
