Firstly, I submitted an online application, and subsequently received an invitation for an online interview. Following that, I was invited to an assessment day, which comprises two sections: a group discussion and a one-on-one interview.
The interview process took around 2 months. One of the interviewers was not very friendly. There is a written assessment which is Excel-related asking to write a written report and complete some analysis based on the data.

A phone interview with HR covered a range of topics, including general inquiries about my background, behavioural questions to assess how I handle various work situations, and skills-related questions to gauge my qualifications for the role. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or follow-up communication since the interview.
