Interview
1. Online test and video interview. Basic questions during the interview like introducing yourself and why are you suitable for the role. Prepare for the test as it is rather hard.
2. Face to face interview at headquarters with written test. One hour for the written test. Basic excel knowledge is required.
Asked about previous flying experience and knowledge related to aviation, knowledge on CX. Why should we hire you? Why airline and not general aviation. The overall experience was quite good.
