First introduction about myself. Then general question about the role and my motivation. After that the assessor started describing the role and asked me many questions about Hong Kong and the role of second officer

You submit a very long application and add your resume and cover letter. They will invite for a virtual test in January and still they reject you regardless, I have been trying since last year and definitely improved this year, but they are very selective. Waste of Time.
Assessment Center not too intimidating. Group activity, panel interview with presentation and a short IT/Digital assessment. Had a friendly panelist for the interview. After the assessment center, had a quick tour of the Cathay building.
