The interview process was easier than expected. The process very fast. It's about 3hours top. You get to ask about the job at hand and any other things that a flight attendant do.

6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
