English test and required to get at least level 4. At the interview total of two interviewers is there 1 from HR and 1 from Flight Ops. the interview lasted around an hour. HR questions are straight forward and some technical questions. there are technical questions that are impossible to know at the level you are appling to so don'y be shy to say you don't know the ansawer.

2 people from HR, one asked about only interest and passion related questions. Whereas, the other only about cadet pilot programme related questions.
Not sure about their responses but one thing is be sure to not drift away too much or over share, as they had to tell me time twice about “now coming back to the main question” and mostly repeated sentence was “be specific”
