      2 stage of interview process,first interview he hiring manager assesses the applicant’s work experience to see if it meets the needs of the role. The recruiter can also assess the candidate’s communication skills and ask about any gaps in employment or unclear elements on the candidate’s resume. Allocate 15-20 minutes to the interview and have three to five direct questions prepared. Be sure to ask all candidates similar questions.Second interview questions are typically more in-depth and focused on whether you’re a good fit at the company.
