Caterpillar Project Manager interview questions

Job listing qualifications that I met but were low for a higher level engineering position. Interviewed for 20 minutes then got the email saying I was not selected. Definitely got the feeling the job posting needed more qualifications.

Manager Interview and Interview with peer. STAR style (Situation, Task, Action, Result), great team. HR was slow to respond on inquiries and didn’t hear back for several weeks after second interview and that was through a boiler plate rejection email.
